If you already have a gmail account, you can be notified each time an update is made by following. Just click on the 'Follow' button to your right and enter your email address and password.
Easy Peasy.
If you do not have a gmail account, at the pop-up window select 'create account' (it's free).
You will receive an email at your gmail email account (gmail.com) prompting you to subscribe. Click on the subscribe link in the email and you're done!
Easy, but not quite as peasy.
